PERIMETER BORDERS The perimeter borders (panel thickness) are made up of foam gaskets sunk in polyurethane, in order to guarantee its sealing; the off-centre galvanized steel hooks are aimed at joining the panels.
CAST-IRON SHEETS STANDARD Pre-painted 0,55 mm thickness for walls and ceilings, hot-galvanized EN 10142 (UNI 5753-75) with prymer on the internal surface for anchoring the polyurethane; applied on the outside is a film of non-toxic resin painted covering with an orange-peel finish.
OPTIONAL • Stainless steel 304 18/8-18/10: thickness 0,6 mm for perimeter panels, type AISI 304 (UNI X5CrNi1810) with Scotch-Brite finishing, with treatment of the internal surface for anchoring the polyurethane. • Stainless steel 316 18/8-18/10, thickness 0,6 mm for perimeter panels, type AISI 316 (UNI X5 CrNiMo 1712) with 2B smooth finish, with treatment of the internal surface for anchoring the polyurethane. Suitable for environments rich in chlorine ions and for foods and materials containing salt.
DOORS External frame in anodized aluminum with an inserted PVC profile with a rounded corner for condensate-free connection to the internal plate, PVC gasket with double tube that fits onto the aluminium frame for easy replacement, lifting hinges with screws not accessible from outside, 1-point closing with internal button for safety release and lock with easily obtainable replaceable block. Low-temperature version 100 mm thick with replaceable heating cable 220 V - 10 W/m with double insulation protected by a metal sheath and housed in the door jamb in a PVC profile. On request you can have also sliding doors and doors of any dimensions.
