The Mekano cabinets are completely modular and combine
high technical performance with ultra-simple use. Extreme
system versatility means that customised cabinets can
be created to meet all the needs of operators in the
catering and pastry-making sector. Functionality combined
with important advantages such as reducing service and
maintenance times make Mekano a unique and highly
convenient system. The "Mekano" cabinets fall
into 2 macro-lines: Cabinets with "TAMPONE"
refrigerating unit and with "CLASSIC" refrigerating
unit. All the models feature monocoque body with stainless
steel external and internal finis. The insulation thickness
is 70 mm with polyurethane foam CFC and HCFC free.
700 Lt refrigerated upright cabinets
with "Classic" condensing unit
In the "classic" unit, the condenser and fan
evaporator are fixed directly in the external upper
part of the foamed body. This solution is available
only for the 700 litre models with dual temperature
with two separate refrigeration compartments (350 l
+350 l)and for Static fan assisted 700 litre models.
