INDUSTRIAL DEPURATION, FINISHING AND STORAGE SYSTEMS WITH STEPPED BINS
A depuration system mod. Industrial ASE M BINS TH, realized according to the working layout realized by our Technical Department, where the first phase of realization takes place, is characterized by the rationalization of the spaces, by the study on manufacture and management costs optimization of the costs, by the use of innovative technologies. An industrial depuration system can be realized from 10 up to 800 bins per system, having the following essential characteristics: contaminated and decontaminated water reserve, which are substantial part for the good working of the system in order to guarantee with the filtration, the conditioning, the sterilisation, the degermination and the total foaming of the water, a perfect depuration of the mussels, therefore the project and the realization of the tanks are significant for the final result.
The floating biological filtration,free from maintenance, constantly keeps its bacterial substrate in movement and floating inside the cylinder container in order to facilitate the oxidation of the organic substances eliminating the phenomenon of the solidification of the used filtering materials.
The conditioning obtainedwith multi-tubular Titanium exchangers, free from any keep-cleaning and maintenance, as an alternative to the Plate systems which, for their technical characteristics, present the following disadvantages: indirect exchanges water/water non freon/water (lower Exchange and yield, higher energetic costs); necessity of clearing, with total disassembly of the exchanger, following to the obstruction of the internal channels of the water flows; bigger space occupied with more technical equipment installed and more frequent intervention for the management and the maintenance. The skimmer (with minimum retention time of 3 minutes) with automatic rinsing device of high technology, in exclusivity only for Adriatic Sea by the company Sander (D), designed, manufactured and tested by Eng. Martin Sander, technician and expert of water hydrodynamics.
The ozone generator automatic with air dryers, has a 100% yield of its total power, in exclusivity for Adriatic Sea by the company Sander (D), it does not require to cut down ozone in excess, since it is managed by a potential redox measuring (m volt), the ozone production is proportionally required by the water of the depuration system, according to the quantity of organic/bacterial enrichment brought by the mussels, through a depression suck system (it is not injected) and it is used at 100% inside the skimmer for reaction of oxidation and sterilisation
The UV-C lamps with automatic clearing irradiant tubes in pure quartz for water contact, realized in polypropylene for specific use for seawater, in exclusivity for Adriatic Sea, with automatic rinsing quartz tubes and pneumatic piston; the vessels, external containers for the passage of the water, are in polypropylene, a plastic material for food use, not in stainless steel which is subjected to ruptures caused by galvanic streams and the lamps are placed in quartz tubes, self-cleaning, to guarantee the 100% irradiation of the UVC rays, unlike the ones made with plastic tubes (teflon, etc...), which cannot guarantee, except for short times, the total degerminant irradiations given out
The distribution ring of the bins constituted by pneumatic valves in plastic material, free from oxidation, connected to oxygenation systems in order to use the natural Oxygen present in the environment. The back wash of the mechanical filters, when installed, is effected with water and air, for a complete restoration of the filtering mass and of the initial flows through an automatic system with pneumatic valves.
The isothermal containers bins with recommended charge 250 ÷ 300 Kg. each, with bearable water up to 10.000 lt/h, already tested maximum storage capacity 400 Kg. for clams and Kg. 300 for mussels, they are made in polyethylene and PERMIT A REDUCTION OF THE ENERGETIC COSTA UP TO 30%.
The control boards of the valves are pneumatic without electrical connections to grant the maximum security during the job.
The CEelectrical boards with low tension control are designed or each system and are guaranteed by a specialized technical company.
The specialized technical assistance is always guaranteed by Adriatic Sea Aquarium & Equipment.
