The latest cutting-edge technologies allow for fast cycles (6-12 hours) and allow our ASE M BINS to be configured with 3 to 20 bins per system. In recent years, the need for mollusc finishing and de-sanding in fishmongers led to the creation of the ASE M CSM line with display for retail sale. This was achieved by obtaining authorization as a shipping center for live bivalve molluscs (CSM) for the retail and wholesale sale of seafood. Thanks to collaborations with veterinary services and top scientific consultants, this can be achieved if the guidelines required by law 853/04 are followed.

The display units can be custom-made from a wide range of materials: wood, fiberglass, steel, marble, laminam, porcelain stoneware, or ceramic, with meticulous attention to even the smallest details, always meeting the high quality standards required by Adriatic Sea, all with the best value for money on the market.
