Purification

Shellfish purification, shipping centers and industrial plants

Visionaries, innovators, the first in Italy to have believed in, designed and built the first closed circuit purification plants of the ASE M BINS series. Today, the result of this forty-year research gives life to a unique purification plant, imbued with the DNA of the Adriatic Sea, capable of satisfying even the most demanding purification and shellfish shipping centre, capable of purifying up to 300.000 kg per cycle of daily product and which represents the most technically and qualitatively advanced systems on the market and flagship of Made in Italy in this sector.

Reliable and configurable

Our plants can be configured up to 600 bins per purification cycle, the best plant in the world that can choose a shellfish purification center (CDM) to purify, desand and keep alive oysters, mussels, cockles, clams and more to break down and eliminate bacterial contamination leaving a product that at the end of the cycle has a live and vital fruit, maintaining its freshness, organoleptic characteristics and food safety.
Entirely designed by our technical office, built to last over time and handle loads of intense use, they are tested in extreme conditions to guarantee their operation in any condition.

In our plants, the Bins containers and the technologies installed recreate the perfect conditions of the marine environment in terms of density, PH, nitrites, nitrates, ammonia, temperature, salinity of the water so that the mollusc in immersion is purified thanks to the treatment of our technologies cutting edge. These use systems with floating biological filtration, free from maintenance, it keeps the bacterial substrate in continuous movement and flotation inside the cylindrical containers to facilitate the oxidation of the organic substances, eliminating the phenomenon of packing (solidification) of the filtering materials used. The conditioning is with multi-tubular titanium exchangers free from cleaning and maintenance.
